Keep track of duration for cron jobs

When Idlemon monitors your application it can also keep track of the duration of a cron job or some other process, this enables Idlemon to alert you when the duration increases so much that it starts to become a problem.

This is useful if a cron job takes a few minutes to run when first implemented, but over time takes much longer, suddenly it might not finish before it runs again.
